Overview

Fátima Nunes is a chemist.

In 2003 she completed her degree in Chemistry at the Faculty of Science and Technology of the University of Coimbra and in 2013 she obtained a master's degree in Industrial Pharmaceutical Chemistry from the Faculty of Pharmacy at the same university.

Since 2007, when she started to work at the Labpharm (Instituto Pedro Nunes) and then, in 2008, at the Mass Spectrometry Lab at the University of Coimbra (LEM-UC; a Lab within the Portuguese Mass Spectrometry Network -RNEM), she has been developing skills in the area of mass spectrometry.

In this moment, she is a PhD student in Pharmaceutical Sciences at the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Coimbra, in the area of ​​Pharmacognosy and Phytochemistry, with a doctoral research scholarship, funded by the Foundation for Science and Technology.
