To celebrate World Food Day, the PAS GRAS Project, together with researchers from several institutions, invites you to a week of engaging online conversations on nutrition, sustainability, and health.
Organized by Eugenia Carvalho, PAS GRAS co-coordinator and researcher at the Center for Neuroscience and Cell Biology, together with Instituto de Investigação Clínica e Biomédica de Coimbra (iCBR) and i3S - Instituto de Investigação e Inovação em Saúde researchers, this initiative aims to raise awareness of how our food choices shape both our well-being and our planet.
